HDB BTO packages start at $11,280, HDB resale at $19,800, the condominium package is $11,988, and kitchen & bathroom renovation starts at $14,880. - How much does an HDB BTO renovation package cost in Singapore?
- Style + Space's HDB BTO Standard package is $11,280 for a 3-room flat, $11,680 for a 4-room, $12,680 for a 5-room and $13,680 for an executive or maisonette unit. The BTO Premium package, which adds a 6ft feature wall, TV console and soft-closing kitchen cabinets, is $11,580 (4-room), $11,880 (5-room) and $12,580 (executive). Prices are as published on style-plus-space.com and exclude optional add-ons.
- What is included in an HDB BTO interior design package?
- The BTO Standard package covers kitchen carpentry (10ft top and bottom laminated cabinets with a quartz worktop), wet works, plumbing, electrical (10 ceiling lights, heaters, hob, hood), ceiling L-box and false ceiling, flooring for living, dining and bedrooms, whole-house painting, cleaning and the HDB renovation permit application. A free stainless steel sink and chrome lever tap are included.
- Why is an HDB resale renovation package more expensive than a BTO package?
- Resale flats need demolition and replacement work that new BTO flats do not: hacking existing floor tiles, re-tiling the kitchen and both bathrooms with HDB-approved waterproofing, new stainless steel piping and new toilet bowls and basins. Style + Space's HDB Resale package starts at $19,800 (3-room) and includes all of that plus the carpentry, electrical and painting scope of the BTO package.
- How much does a condo interior design package cost?
- Style + Space's Condominium package is a fixed $11,988 for carpentry and ceiling works: foyer shoe cabinet and settee bench, 7ft feature wall and TV console in the living room, headboard feature wall and suspended bedside tables in the master bedroom, a study table and book cabinet, 12 lighting points, false ceilings and whole-house painting. Floor and wet works can be added on request.
- Can I renovate only my kitchen and bathrooms?
- Yes. The Kitchen & Bathroom package is for resale flats and covers hacking, re-tiling with waterproofing, new piping, two toilet bowls, two wash basins, instant heaters and bathroom accessories. It is priced from $14,880 for a 3-room flat to $16,680 for an executive unit.
- Do I get to see the design before renovation starts?
- Yes. Style + Space produces 3D drawings of your actual unit after the first consultation, and you are paired with one designer who refines them with you before any materials are ordered or work begins.
- Does the package include a warranty and the HDB permit?
- Yes. Every package carries the firm's warranty on its work, with post-renovation follow-ups, and the HDB renovation application is submitted on your behalf as part of the package.
